Long Lasting Eye Combo

You’ll have to excuse this short post – it has been a long day of moving into my apartment in DC before I start my second year of law school.

I want to share with you my favorite eye combo as of late on this Sunday evening. It is no surprise that I am a huge fan of the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze. What I have been doing lately to warm up this bronzey taupe shade is to apply a layer of it to bare lids, and then apply a wash of Edward Bess’ Ultra Luminous Shadow in Escape overtop. This combination is perfect for creating a very long-lasting warm smokey look! To intensify the look for evening I apply Mac’s Teddy eye pencil on my upper and lower lash lines, and I’m good to go.

I hope you have a great rest of your weekend! PS – I had to run to CVS to get a few odds ends and couldn’t help but pick up Rimmel’s relatively new Stay Glossy 3D lip Gloss in Lights, Camera Action. I am a massive fan of the original Stay Glossy glosses, but haven’t tried any from the 3D line. Let me know if you have and what your thoughts are!
