Happy Thursday! This entire week I have been wearing the same nude look, mostly because I have had to get to school early and have been trying to cut my getting ready time in half. It is quick and easy, but still makes you appear polished and put-together – we’re not going for a just-rolled-out-of-bed look here! I was inspired by the effortless beauty of the Burberry makeup collection and all of the gorgeous ads featuring the one and only Cara Delevingne.
Here are the products I used:
Givenchy Eyeshadow Prism in 14: I washed this taupe-brown shade all over my lids, as well as smudged it underneath my eyes.
MAC eye kohl in Teddy: I then lined my upper lash lines and water lines for a smoky effect. I finished off the eyes with a couple coats of Maybelline the Rocket mascara, and that’s the eyes done!
Jouer Mattifying Bronzer in Sunswept: I used this bronzer to sculpt my face and applied it underneath my cheekbones with a Real Techniques Contour brush.
e.l.f. Golden Bronzer: I skipped blush with this look, and used this shimmering bronze powder to add a golden sheen to the apples of my cheeks.
Burberry Lip Glow in Nutmeg: I completed the look with a layer of this natural brown-rose gloss.
What are your thoughts on going completely “nude” with your makeup look?
