I have always been a huge fan of Rosie – she is stunningly beautiful and I love her red carpet makeup looks. She never seems to be wearing too much; she either goes for a red lip with bare eyes, or a gold-bronze eye, flushed cheeks and natural nude-pink lips. For this look I took inspiration from a few photos where she had bronze eyes, glowing skin and a natural lip. Here are the products I used, I hope you enjoy!

Eyes: For a golden-bronze wash I first applied Woodwinked eyeshadow by Mac all over my lids, up to the crease. To add a bit of depth I took Mulch eyeshadow by Mac and applied this to the crease, outer-v, as well as smudged it on the upper lash line. To accentuate the lash line I applied a very thin line of Maybelline Gel Liner in Black. To complete the eye look, I applied several coats of L’Oreal Lash Out Butterfly Mascara.

Cheeks: For a warm flush of color I applied Nyx Powder Blush in Amber. For a beautiful highlight I applied the two lightest shades of the e.l.f. golden bronzer to my cheekbones. I also dusted a tiny amount of this on the bridge of my nose and cupids bow.

Lips: To achieve full lips like Rosie’s, I cheated my lip line only slightly with Maybelline’s Colorsensational Lip Liner in Toast. I then applied Revlon’s Lip Butter in Pink Truffle, and sheered it out with a fingertip. Finally, I added a little bit of Burberry’s Lip Glow in Nutmeg to the center of my lips.

Very nice!! What do you think of the new L’Oreal Butterfly Mascara? Do you like it? How would you rate it out of 10?

Thanks so much! I love it- it lengthens and separates like no other mascara I’ve used. I think I’d rate it a 9- only because I can’t seem to find a waterproof version.
