The Look: Miranda Kerr VS Fashion Show Makeup

I hope everyone is having a great weekend thus far! I have been under the weather for the past couple days and now that I am feeling better I wanted to wear a pretty, fresh makeup look. One of my all-time favorite makeup looks for everyday, day or night, is the Victoria’s Secret Angel look. The angels are usually donning soft neutrals on the eyes, pretty pinks and corals on the lips and cheeks, and gorgeous highlighter on the cheekbones. For this particular look I drew inspiration from this photo of Miranda Kerr; she has always been my favorite VS model [side note: I can’t believe she is no longer an angel!]. Here’s what I did, I hope you enjoy!

Face: Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation – applied with fingertips; Maybelline Fit Me Concealer; Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light.

Eyes: Mac Eyeshadow in All That Glitters – applied all over my lids, as well as on the inner corners of my eyes; Mac Eyeshadow in Mulch – applied to my crease and smudged along my lower lash line; Maybelline Gel Eyeliner – I applied a very thin line of this liner to my upper lash line and flicked the line out a tiny bit; Maybelline the Falsies Mascara – applied several coats to my lashes, top and bottom.

Cheeks: Jouer Mattifying Bronzer in Sunswept – applied underneath my cheekbones, on my temples, and then swept what was left on the brush across my forehead, nose and chin; Nyx Powder Blush in Summer Peach – applied on the apples of my cheeks; e.l.f. Golden Bronzer – applied the shade in the lower left corner onto my cheekbones, and on the bridge of my nose.

Lips: Mac Lustre Lipstick in Patisserie.

Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m
looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for getting
off-topic but I had to ask!
