I’ve always been a fan of easy, everyday shadow shades – especially those of the champagne/bronze variety. You know the kind, colors you can sweep on in a few seconds, blend or smudge with a finger, and head out the door. Over the past year I have become absolutely obsessed with creamy golden-bronze shadow sticks because they 1. look beautiful on, and 2. are really efficient to use.
I have collected these products over the past several months, and I am very happy with all of my choices. Some high end, some drugstore, but they all perform incredibly well – no creasing throughout the day. To apply, I go right onto my lids with the stick, draw messily up to my crease, and then blend with my middle finger, a Sigma fluffy brush, or with a Mac 217.
Out of the above, my two most-worn are the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Sand Glow [for day], and the Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon in Amber Haze [for night].
Are you eyeshadow stick-crazed as well? What are your favorites?
