The Inevitable Summer Breakout: Zapzyt Comes Through

My skin, for the most part, has been good. Even, neither too oily nor too dry, and, generally, acne-free. However, a couple weeks ago I spent most of the day outside in the sun, only to come home at night to a whole lot of spots around my forehead and chin – you know, those fun areas that pimples always seem to populate. Even more fun? A zit that won’t go away.

Enter Zapzyt, a skincare routine to integrate into your normal ritual that will quickly treat problem areas, and prevent spots from returning.

Four main products to focus on here: the Pore Clearing Scrub, which contains fast-working salicylicacid as well as natural wax microbeads that do a great job of exfoliating and really scrubbing all makeup off; the Acne Wash Cleanser, a soothing, everyday face wash; the Pore Treatment Gel, which I have layered beneath foundation on large pore areas, aka nose and cheeks; and, last but definitely not least (my fave of them all), the Spot Treatment Gel, which has minimized any spots I’ve had recently in hours. Extremely useful for when I see a breakout coming through after a workout class, but have an event that same evening. Also known as, my life this past Saturday.

What I really love about the spot treatment is how easy it is to travel with, and, how freaking fast it works. Takes seconds to dry, and I can apply whatever foundation I’m using day right overtop.

Have you tried Zapzyt? What are your go-to products for acne?
